Founded in 1994, Shandong Tianli Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is a Sino-foreign joint venture established by Shandong Lianmeng Chemical Group and Singapore Suntar Group. It specializes in biochemical and pharmaceutical production and operation. It is the first corn deep processing enterprise in China that has a complete industrial chain from corn starch to sorbitol (mannitol) to vitamin C, also the largest sugar alcohol producer in Asia and the backbone of the world's future vitamin C.
