黑龙江劳力乳品机械有限公司为个人独资企业，于2003年在中国哈尔滨注册，生产基地安达劳力机械有限公司于2006年建成投产。公司的主营范围为：特医食品、乳制品、大豆及谷物深加工、分离蛋白、生物活性肽，淀粉，淀粉糖（麦芽糊精，结晶葡萄糖）及发酵行业用等的生产设备的设计、制造、安装、调试，工程设计，技术咨询与培训，新产品开发研制等。公司生产基地投入资金12000万元人民币，占地40000平方米，建筑面积15000平方米，各种加工装备先进齐全。

The Cloli Heilongjiang dairy machine limited is a Sino-US joint venture which was registered in 2003 in Harbin in China.The production base Anda Cloli Machinery Co., Ltd was completed and put into operation in 2006.Main areas for the company: FSMP, dairy production,Soybean and cereal deep processing, isolated protein, bioactive peptide equipment design,manufacture, installation, commissioning, engineering, technical advice and training, development of new products.Anda Cloli Machinery Co., Ltd as the production base which was invested 120 million yuan. It covering 40,000 square meters, construction area of 15,000 square meters. It has all kinds of advanced processing equipment.The Core staff from many U.S. experts and domestic experts drying equipment, dairy experts with the original machinery industry in Heilongjiang dairy production technology backbone of the composition of the contingent of 230 staff, key staff positions are foreign invested enterprises have received training.
