Advanced Lipids is a joint venture between AAK, a global provider of value-adding plant-based oils and fats solutions to the infant formula industry and many other industries, and IFF, an industry leader in food, beverage, scent, health, and biosciences. Bringing IFF, an international collective of thinkers who combine science and creativity together with AAK’s international strength in food safety, sustainability, production and logistics, Advanced Lipids offers a unique package of clinical research, development, flexible blending, quality, and logistics.
Our main product INFAT® human milk structured fat (1, 3-Dioleoyl-2-palmitoyl triglyceride)is produced for Advanced Lipids in the facilities of AAK in Karlshamn, Sweden and in Zhangjiagang China. The production units in both plants are state of the art and fully automated, designed for continuous operation, and equipped with the latest technology for the enzymatic process of structured triglycerides of the type found in mother’s milk. The plant has all necessary Quality Assurance and Quality Control certifications for the baby food industry including ISO 9001:2008, FSSC 22000:2010, ISO 14001:2004, ISO/IEC 17025 and the Kosher and Halal certifications.
