新疆隆平高科红安种业有限责任公司（目前更名为新疆天椒红安农业科技有限责任公司）于2005年5月17日成立，注册资本金10,000万元；经过运营和发展，公司逐渐发展成为一家集制干辣椒种子良种研发、繁育，辣椒收购，辣椒颗粒、辣椒干、干椒制品、辣椒粉、辣椒红色素精深加工销售为一体的辣椒制品专业化生产、加工、贸易型企业，现已在新疆南北疆8个县市、11个团场建立了50万亩加工辣椒原料基地，3000余亩良种繁育基地，目前具备常年收购、加工不同品种辣椒制品5万吨的能力。
