福建大众健康生物科技有限公司成立于2012年，隶属于江船长集团，是一家集海洋健康产品养殖、研发、生产和销售于一体的产业化企业，荣获国家高新技术企业、中国驰名商标、，并通过GMP、ISO22000、HACC、有机认证等质量体系认证；公司与江南大学联合建立了“未来食品生物技术研究中心”，中国工程院陈坚院士任首席科学家，建立了一条年产能1000吨的海洋生物活性肽生产线。运用海洋生物酶解技术开发出分子量小、活性强、易吸收的鲍鱼肽、牡蛎肽、海参肽、鱼胶原蛋白肽等产品，荣获福建省科技奖1项，“国际先进水平”和“国内领先水平”各1项。
