ADM Vland Biotech (Shandong) Co., Ltd. is a joint venture established in China by Archer Daniels Midland Company (（ADM）Group affiliate company) and Vland Group (603739.SH), each side contributes for 50% of the registered capital, focusing on the production and sales of human probiotic products, the joint venture company is committed to taking full advantage of the leading technique and product resources of the two parent companies to provide customers with excellent human probiotic products and services, to meet the demand of Chinese and global consumers for high-quality probiotic products for human use. At present, its probiotic products include the probiotic strain powder and blending from ADM's Spanish facility (Biopolis) and American facility, as well as microbiome technology and products from Vland Group, and the two parties will also build a new probiotic joint venture facility in Gaomi, Shandong to further expand probiotic production.
