Henan Dashu Food Enterprise is located in Luohe City, Henan Province, which is a well-known city for its food manufacturing companies. Dashu's production facility covers an area of 15,000 square meters, including 4,600 square meters of 100,000-level purification workshops . It is the pilot test base for food processing in Henan Province，the vice president unit of Henan Medicine and Food cognate Innovation Alliance,and also a national high-tech enterprise.
Since 2018, Dashu Food has joined hands with many food experts and scholars,and has united with many domestic advanced equipment manufacturers to work together on the R&D of whole nut powder processes and achieve related technological breakthroughs.After two years of unremitting efforts, the technical team traced the origin of raw materials, analyzed the nutritional components, and repeatedly demonstrated the technical process in multiple batches over a long period of time.In 2020,It has developed a kind of non-degreasing, ultra-fine nut powder which has a long-term shelf-life and complete nutritional composition preservation, so as to create a nut powder production technology with domestic enterprises' own intellectual property rights. the patented nut powder brand " Uncle Tree " was successfully launched.
