Will harness the technology passed down from generations before me to produce Muscovado sugar that will span across the world. Through 52 SUGAR, I will curate a selection of the world's best Muscovado sugar like that of Shing Nan Sugar Factory. These fine selections will be brought directly to our customers so more people can experience the deliciousness of Muscovado sugar. Our hope is that one day Muscovado Sugar will become more than a product and be listed as a UNESCO intangible cultural heritage!
