Founded in Italy by chemist Monia Floridi and engineer Jean‑Christophe Copan, our company is dedicated to sourcing premium organic natural food flavours for the food and pharmaceutical industries.
Our R&D goes beyond flavour formulation and finalisation. We conduct in‑depth research across the entire value chain, from careful raw‑material selection to analysis and testing of carrier matrices.
The flavour profiles of fruits, spices and vegetables vary according to their origin and cultivation practices. Leveraging our proprietary extraction technology, we select flavour components based on both functionality and regulatory compliance, and stably encapsulate aromatic compounds within dedicated carriers.
